Oh man, Goldie, I am in tears. I just can't believe it. I know you are very upset and it it normal to feel this way. You have been through so much and did everything right. Things are so unfair sometimes. All I can say is try not to lose faith. There is a baby Goldie coming and the big guy up there often has plans for us that we do not foresee ourselves. Take some time and regroup. You should consult with your RE for his opinion as to what he thinks happened. I also think you should maybe consult with a new RE. Eventhough you love your RE, sometimes it is good to get a fresh set of eyes on your situation. Can't hurt, right? Sending you so many  and hang in there. You will be okay

I'm so sorry. I'm heartbroken for you and I know things seem desperate right now but don't give up hope that one day you WILL hold that little baby in your arms and not just in your dreams. Take time for yourself and whenever you're ready, try again. If they can't find any specific issue, you may just get pregnant when you least expect. We hear stories on this board like that all the time. I really hope you get to tell yours too!

I don't know too much about REs in suffolk county since I'm in Eastern Nassau. I think getting a second opinion is a good idea. I would definitely go to my RE for a follow up and then do a consult with another highly recommended RE. A second opinion never hurts. Your current RE might have some insight into why it didn't work and maybe a new protocol. Good luck.
