Need help to figure out what my CD 1 is!
Need some help determining what is my CD 1, I spotted all day today then got AF at around 930pm... Is today considered CD 1? I normally always get AF in the morning so I never had to think about this! Thanks!

I usually count the next day as CD1 b/c it happened came at night.

Same. Count the next day as cd1.

CD 1 is your first flow day if AF arrived before 12 noon.
