I can't believe I just started my FET cycle
Hi Ladies,
Transfer date set for 9/5. Now I sit and decide if I want to put back all three of my frosties. My DR seems to think I should being they aren't the best quality- one is pretty good and said there is a less than 1% chance they'd all take. But do I want to take that chance, can't decide. I have one DD who is almost five and I did do a FET three years ago and put back one which resulted in an early MC.
So excited & nervous at the same time!!!

I can't believe I just started my FET cycle
Yay! Excited for you. Are you on meds prior to this transfer? How long are you in meds for? I'm thinking of doing an FETbince my first fresh just failed. Trying to see what the timeline looks like for. FET
How many to put back is a big decision. We debated between 2 and 3 for our fresh- dr suggested three. We put back 3 and none took.

Thank you! I was on BCP for a little over a month. I just started Estrace 2x/day. Then five days prior to transfer I take Doxycycline, Medrol, Baby Asprin and PIO injection. So sorry that your first try wasn't a success but I'm sure you'll get your miracle soon!

Doxycycline is antibiotics to prevent uterine infection/kill any uterine infection that you may have prior to and after embryo transfer.
Medrol is a steroid(hard for me to swallow despite the small size) that helps prevent your body from rejecting the embryo after transfer. You may start taking this day prior to transfer. Your RE may give you prednisone instead and that does the same thing(easier to swallow).
Did not do the BCP since I have a history of clots but it can be used to kind of regulate your cycle.

Exciting. My last BC pill is tomorrow. My retrieval should be around your transfer date. I start Estrace on Tues and then go in on Saturday for BW and Sono and then start stims. It's hard to decide how many to put back. Personally if he is suggesting to put back all 3 I would probably put all 3 back. Best of luck!
