I believe my m/s has officially started......
 I even tried to be good this morning and eat before getting out of bed but I was putting corned beef and cabbage in the crockpot and it called for minced garlic........I opened the jar of it.....then proceeded to dry heave for about a solid 10 minutes...this was my first aversion to any food.
I know it's totally worth it but holy h ell, that hit me out of no where, I was crying while dry heaving lol (I'm so bad at getting sick)

Sorry...I know how you feel. I used to gag when I opened the fridge. It is worth it- so keep that in your mind.
