Btdt with #2

Hi ladies, just wondering what differences in showing and weight gain you noticed between #1 and #2. I assume I'll show earlier this time around (#2) but does that mean gaining faster and more? I realize everyone is different but was hoping to get an idea of what to expect. I didn't wear maternity pants until 21 weeks with dd but I'm sure it will be earlier this time. Thanks for your help!

I have either gained the same or maybe a little less with this baby. I am 27 weeks! However, I showed A LOT sooner this time... I had a round belly at 12 weeks. I feel like a popped sooner but then my belly stayed the same for a while.

I'm only 10 weeks, 5 days but I'm showing a little already and yet I was down 3 lbs at my last Drs visit bc I've been too nauseaous to eat a lot. I'm hoping to gain less this time as I gained 50+ pounds last time bc I ate like it was my job and used the pregnancy as an excuse-hoping make better food choices this time!

I showed quicker (was in maternity by 12 weeks) and felt movement sooner with #2. I felt flutters at 13 weeks.

I gained less with #2, but she was a smaller baby - 1st was 8lbs 6oz and 2nd was 7lbs 4oz.

I showed quicker with this pregnancy then with DS, but i have gained much less this pregnancy. Only up 10lbs, i think i was up closer to 20lbs by the time i was 33 weeks with DS.

I showed really early with #1 and #2. I was visibly pregnant by 12 weeks with #1 and with #2, probably by 10 weeks.

In the end, I put on about the same amount of weight with both of them.

With my son I swear I didnt show until I gave birth lol. A lot of people didnt even know I was pregnant. This time around I feel Im already showing a little (Im 10 weeks) and about ready to make the switch to maternity clothes.

I was showing much earlier, but then things slowed down. They seem to be speeding up again now at 31 weeks, which I am not happy about!

With this second pregnancy I grew out of my clothes much faster and I feel as though I was bigger faster. However, now at almost 23 weeks I think it's slowing down. Also I have not gained nearly as much- I remember in my first first trimester I had gained 5 pounds. This time it was a pound. I'm definitely not on track to gain as much this time around

I'm not sure exactly but I don't think I'm gaining as much this time. I gained over 50lbs last time I hope I don't this time.

with #2 i gained it faster but 12 pounds less.

with this one i am def gaining more than i did with #2. i think its going to be the same as it was with my first.

I showed faster and gained a LOT in the first 20 weeks but then it slowed down and I am on track to gain the same as last time
this baby is a LOT bigger though lol

showed quicker with #2...gained more with #2 and i have 8 weeks to go....

I feel like I show more now @ 10wks and i definetly dont fit into my pants like I did.
Havent really gained much but definetly eating more carbs to curb the MS.
