give me tips to make a DIY pedicure easier
Since my back injury, it's become torture to sit in a pedicure chair. I do have one salon whose chairs are not terrible but I still can't go as often anymore. Through doing it myself I found out that my feet look sort of cute with just clear polish on my toes. I do everything, including cuticles & buffing the nails. What little tricks might help me get through this time when I can't get pedicures on a regular basis?

a pinterest recipe that i have tried worked really well... 1/4 cup blue listerine 1/4 cup vinegar 1/2 cup very warm water
soak feet for 10-15 minutes, when you dry them with a towel the dead skin will literally peel off. AMAZING...i find it makes the cuticles softer and easier to push back/buff.
use vaseline around toenails to keep paint off of skin, or just paint haphazardly and then scrub your toes with your fingernails in the shower the next morning, the paint will flake off your skin in the shower. :)
good luck

This is also a great mixture to fend off and treat nail fungus. Both Listerine and vinegar are natural fungicides for nails!
