Carter's customer service is awesome!
I had purchased my two girls rash guard bathing suits from Carter's. They were the same design just different sizes. After the first time I washed thEm according to the directions the bathing suits faded a lot. I called their customer service number and they told me they would send me a prepaid package to send the bathing suits back to them. So I sent the bathing suits back to Carter's with the original recipt (they told me they didn't need the recipt but I sent it anyways). Today I got a check in the mail for both suits for the original price not the sale price in which I paid! They were so pleasant to work with and got my check within 2 weeks! So if you ever have an issue with something from Carter's definitely call!
