Another childcare question

For a friend. Little background info...her nanny quit before she even started so she needs to go through the processnto hire again. She now needs someone to watch her kids early in the am every other week. She doesn't know if she should hire a nanny to watch the kids at her house or let a neighbor watch them at her neighbor's house. She prefers the nanny vs the neighbors because she wouldn't have to interrupt her kids schedules (waking up earlier every other week) and it would make her life in the morning a little easier. But....she knows the neighbor and the neighbor could use the cash. I would use the neighbor because she likes and trusts her. Wwyd? Thanks

Since it might be hard to find someone every other week for the am - i would use the trusted neighbor.
