Hungry before bed
I am 17 weeks and in the last week I have noticed I am hungry again before bedtime. We eat dinner kind of late - usually between 8:30 and 9 and I go to bed around midnight. Besides maybe a little bit of dessert I never eat after dinner and never feel hungry....until recently. Last night I didn't give in to the hunger and went to bed, but woke up at 4:30am hungry! I definitely dont skimp on portions at dinner and I always have protein. So is this midnight snack habit normal or should I try to eat more during the day so I'm not snacky after dinner?

Hungry before bed
Try to eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 regular ones. I've noticed if I have a piece of fruit around 9pm ish I am less hungry first thing in the morning.

Re: Hungry before bed
Story of my life. Even before BFP the minute I laid down to go to bed my stomach would start growling.
