CONFUSED! re: real estate
Currently looking at a house and contacted the agent. I got this reply:
Thank you for your interest on this home. The property will be back on the market in 2 months. If it is back earlier, I will contact you to view the property.
its not a short sale. why would the house be taken off the market?

Any number of reasons. the family might have a health issue. Might have an upcoming vacation. They might just need a break. They might have school aged kids and want to start the school year and see what happens then. The house they want to buy might have come off the market. They might have lost their job.

A friend of mine encountered this recently. The seller's mother was very sick and about to have major surgery... my friend was told that the house would be showing again in a couple of months.
