almost 35 weeks.... TMI Warning....
So, I am 5 weeks away... and I keep having these sharp stomach pains.. and I keep pooping!! Everytime I go in the bathroom... I can't figure it out! I am on baby #3... am I getting prepared for this birth or is it just a fluke.. I am hoping its a fluke.. I am not ready for this baby yet!!! Please give me at least a few more weeks!!!!

For me that was always a sign labor was starting soon. It hopefully is still a few weeks out for you, but your body is definitely preparing for it.

I"ve been getting similar symptoms too and I'm 37wks. For what it's worth, I've been having that for a few weeks now, and I'm still here!

Thanks girls.. I just remember getting symptoms like that closer to the date I delivered with my last 2 and my parents are going out of town for 2 weeks.. It would break my moms heart not to be here lol

I don't think it's an immediate sign- but it could be your body preparing.
I'm at the same point with #3 and I have the opposite problem

Sharp pain in the lower abdomen for me too.
And like, shooting surges of zapping pain in the vagina... and not in a good way 
Then, crazy poopage. And I spent most of my pregnancy - well, in the beginning, pretty backed up. I had to really go out of my way to eat a lot of fiber to be regular. Now, I poop like crazy and it's effortless. Sorry, lol, TMI 
I'm approaching 35 weeks.
Yes, sounds like your body is getting ready - keep in mind, you stated you have had children before so you may go early with your third. My mom went early with me and I was her third!

I feel the exact same thing! The shooting pains... Like this baby is trying to head-butt it's way out! Praying to make it back to work just to accrue my sick days!
