Jealousy!!
I called my sister today to tell her about my faint positive and she started yelling at me telling me she was older an I'd should not be pregnant before her, with my second child none the less. I am so upset! I am working with a dr to get this done and she shows no support! I don't know if I should be angry, frustrated or outraged!! Hoping my dad can talk some sense into her tonight!

Do you know if she is trying to get pregnant? I know her reaction isn't what you wanted to hear but perhaps there was a reason she was upset.

i understand she may be frustrated but her reaction was completely out of line. Nobody follows a specific timeline and you shouldn't be made to feel like your family should be put on hold until she gets along with her own.
I remember when my sister got engaged. I had been dating my now husband for almost 8 years. I was very much in love. I'm not gonna lie, it hurt. I secretly cried and cried. not because I was unhappy with her or not wanting her to get married. I was just sad for myself. I had been with my now husband for 8 years! I wanted nothing more than to get married and start our life together and seeing people who had been together for much shorter time taking that next step was a bit difficult.
in hindsight...it just wasn't our time. we had to take our own road.

I can see her being a bit hurt, but her reaction is just awful. you don't deserve that.
Maybe she's just dealing with getting pregnant?

Is she struggling to get pregnant too? Just curious as to where her rage is coming from.
I am sure she will come around even if it takes a little time.

Its totally normal for her to HAVE those feelings inside, but it is NOT right to share them and say them aloud!! Those are "Dear Diary" type dark feelings!!

I'm afraid this is going to happen to me too. My sister has a lot of medical issues and i feel like she isnt going to talk to me if i get pregnant first .

Uhh she had no right yelling at you but it is a tough situation. Is she having IF issues? If my sister who is 5 years younger got preg before me I think I would loose my mind. I would not make her feel bad but I would be so upset. Its an older sister thing. I would tell her how hurtful she is.
