Possible ectopic or chemical
On wed night I got 4 pos test and the last one was a digital. I've been having pain on my right side really sharp. Went to Er and they did a hcgvit came back at 5 had sono nothing in there and they said that it may be really early or a chemical so they wanted to rule out appendix. Sent me for ct scan, on table and the tech wouldn't do the test do to that i may be pg. so I was admitted to the hospital, while there the surgeon saw me and stated that I'm pg and to follow up with my ob on Monday. But I took another test and it was a faint pos just like the last one and still have sharp pain on right side. Ectopic or chemical? Make me wonder since pain is still there and I haven't had cramp that I'm getting af, anyone have this issue?

It could be a simple leutal cyst. It will eventually show up on a sonogram and they just monitor it. Its very common. You should contact your OB to rule out an ectopic though...

Re: Possible ectopic or chemical
First off, I want to send you because I know the worrying can get the best of you especially when you're not getting clear answers.
Pain can be associated with a lot of things. I had an ectopic pregnancy and didn't experience any pain whatsoever, just spotting. Meanwhile, many women experience early pregnancy cramping/pain and have completely normal, viable pregnancies.
You did the right thing by going to the hospital, but unfortunately most of the time they won't have any concrete answers if you're very early in your pregnancy.
As hard as it may be, just try to stay positive until you know what's going on for sure. It may be absolutely nothing, but your doctor will monitor you to rule out everything. Wishing you all the best.
