Delmonico Steakhouse in Venetian is our absolute favorite: everything is superb, from impeccable service to amazing food.

Il Fornaio in New York New York Casino - AMAZING italian food, and in LA we loved Urth Cafe for breakfast/lunch and in LA we lovedddd Katana- pricey but worth it.

I LOVE Canaletto's at the Venetian. Wolfgang's at Mandalay Bay was also pretty good.
