I also get mani's every other wk. its only my right hand, not my left.

Summer is ususally the best time for my hands to be in best shape.

I like Nailtique for when my nails start peeling and getting soft.

Peeling nails might be dehydrated. Using cuticle/nail oil with jojoba oil can help. (CND Solar Oil is really good) OPI also has a peeling sensitivity base coat, although its better not to have any polish on them.

When I took my wraps off, I used Aquaphor on my nails and cuticles. No polish or remover for 3 months.
Really helped keep my nails from splitting and peeling while they were growing out.

Nail polish remover is really drying.

How long were you guys taking the Biotin before you saw results?
I have been taking a hair and nail vitamin with a ton of Biotin and so far I see squat in terms of results in my hair or my nails
But I would say I have only been taking it consistantly for a few months- maybe 2 months?
How long does it take to see a change?
