Redoing hardwood floors $ ?
Just looking to get an idea of how much it costs to redo wood floors. We're closing in 2 weeks & I plan on contacting contractors after we close. The entire house is about 2000 sq ft. Thanks

Our house is 1250 sq ft. We just had them refinished in April for a little under $1500 (included hand sanding railing and stairs). We got 2 other estimates: $2150 and $2600.

We just did our ours. About 2000 sq ft for $3,000.

Yes we just bought a new home and the floors were a very light color and old. We just had them completly redone and painted a nice Rosewood Brown.
I will find out from my husband who he used.
