false hope
I hate doing this to myself, but I keep on reading into symptoms!
Most of the afternoon I have been cramping. AF is not due until next week, and i've never had cramps without AF. I feel beyond bloated and have been nauseous every morning for the past week. plus, running to the bathroom every hour on the hour because my bladder seems to be useless!
could this be anything?
i haven't been paying attention to temps and "guesstimated" my o day. I am now either 10 dpo or 7dpo or anywhere in between.
opinions? advice? ways to deal with the disappointment when it comes?
TIA!

I know it's hard but don't think about it. I was 100% positive that I was not pregnant. I had cramps like I did every month. My boobs hurt like they did every month. I didn't even think I ovulated. Bam.... 2 lines in less than 30 seconds! It's easier said than done but find a distraction. Feel a twinge? Just keep going. What's done is done and agonizing over every little feeling isn't going to change the end result of you either being pregnant or AF coming.
How to deal with disappointment? You just do. Pay attention to your temps next time, have a glass of wine, just try to enjoy life for now and in a couple of weeks you'll be able to start this terrible journey all over again lol.
I hope this wasn't too harsh. TTC for a VERY long time has made me very cynical.

Stop reading into your "symptoms" Everything you describe could be a result of the heat wave we have been having- It has been really hot which leads to drinking more and going to the bathroom more...as for nausea it can also attributed to the heat. Morning sickness does not usually set in until you are 5-6 weeks along. I had NO SYMPTOMS and this was the month I got my BFP. Wait for your period and if you are late then test. In the mean time enjoy all the things you will have to give up once you do get that BFP. Also, OPK are much easier to use if you really want to track when you ovulate. Good luck!

Re: false hope
My first month TTC I had all of the same symptoms, it was a BFN and probably one of the worst AF I had ever had. I think I did that to myself stressing over TTC.
You will find people who had these exact symptoms and got a BFP and people with the same symptoms who got a BFN. You're almost in testing range. Good luck.

Re: false hope
7dpo or 10dpo are both still waaaaaaaaay to early to be feeling those symptoms. Nausea usually doesn't kick in until somewhere around 6 or 7 weeks. And constantly peeing much later when the baby is putting pressure on your bladder.
Try not to read into symptoms or you'll drive yourself nuts.
