Can I give my 1yo tylenol now and motrin 3 hours later?
Hoping to give her a little relief now but something closer to bedtime.

yes, we did that with tylenol & advil after her 4 mo shots

You can actually alternate between Tylenol and Advil every 3 hours

6 hours Motriln
4 hours Tylenol
So the piggyback schedule is:
12 midnight - Motrin
4am - Tylenol
6am - Motrin
8am - Tylenol
12 noon - Motrin
4am - Tylenol
6pm - Motrin
8pm - Tylenol
We didn't give a double dose at the 12 hour. Please run all this past your ped but that's how we do it here based on my ped.
