Update- Going in for an external version today!
Update...
So, no dice. 
The doctor tried 3 times. Each time he got him further around- the last time the baby was there, but just wouldn't stay- kept popping right back up. We'll call him strong willed like his big brother!!
It was kind of painful....not the actual moving, just the pressure of the doctors fingers. But each try was short - probably less than a minute. It felt weird when he'd be moving- though I didn't feel him turn back. DH said it looked pretty weird b/c he could see the mass moving.
At any rate, I'm glad I tried but disappointed that it didn't work. I am scheduled for a CS Monday morning. I will keep hoping that baby will change his mind and turn over, but, pretty unlikely.
Thanks again for the well wishes!! Can't believe my little baby will be in my arms so soon!!
And I'm a bit nervous. 
We went yesterday for my 38+ week exam. I've been having ultrasounds almost every week b/c baby's kidneys had been slightly enlarged at the anatomy scan, so they were just keeping a close eye (seems all is well now )
But baby turned breech - sometime probably between week 28 and 30. I had a previous CS but really wanted to try for a VBAC but, obviously this would not be allowed with a breech.
We were finally able to get in with and talk to the doctor who does these a lot at my practice - and everyone says is fabulous with it - and he seemed comfortable trying - though he did say I may only have a 50% chance of it being successful.
I had been trying the chiropractor for a few weeks - but nothing. So, guess this is my last ditch effort. Just hoping everything goes well. If it doesn't work, I guess we'll be scheduling a CS for some time next week. Can't believe how soon baby #2 will be here!!!!

I am in the same boat- baby is breach and I have been seeing a chiropractor. Next week is the last sono and then I am going for a version.

Sorry! I'm having my fourth c/s next Tuesday for my fourth sideways baby. I went for a version with my first, but miraculously, she was head down that day and I didn't have to do it (but she was sideways the next day again)
