My friggen ass is killing me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My sciatica is just so bad, my ass and thigh are just hurting sooo much. It's so uncomfortable. I ordered a stability ball which comes tomorrow but OUUUUCH!!!!!!!

I googled prenatal yoga for sciatic pain and it gave me lots of stretches that helped

I was just thinking my Ass is killing me too from the PIO shots. Ouch!! the things we endure.
I hope the ball stretches work and sorry about the knife pains in your lady parts That really suxs.

I had really bad sciatica too! A really good friend of mine is a chiropractor in Suffolk county & she found a great chiro for me to see in Nassau closer to where I live. Now I don't have much pain at all- this chiro specializes in seeing pregnant women. I tried ice, heat, exercise ball & yoga and nothing helped until I saw the chiro. Hope this helps. Feel better.
