Definitely mine. I told them all the same day though for both pregnancies.

I told my parents as soon as I had taken the test at home. We waited to tell the ILs on a day it was just the two of them, and after I had my first appt. with the OB.

We aren't telling our parents until after the 1st sono which is on 7/26. We both have a parent that have birthdays on the same day we are going to announce then at a BBQ we'll have for them. My mom will be annoyingly pissed and offended if I wait to tell her after them (my parents are divorced) so I will tell her before the BBQ.

With DD#1, my mom just guessed it, which was very random since we live in different states. She just had a feeling and asked me about it when I was only something like 5wks along. lol. But I told the rest of the family at 12 weeks. In-laws were around the same time, but it wasn't like we were all together. Maybe a couple days apart.

This time around with #2, I plan on telling my family when I fly out to see them in August. I'll be just shy of 12wks. In-laws I will tell after I get home in September, mostly because SIL's wedding is right before I leave and I don't want to steal her thunder. lol.

We told my mom and stepdad the same day that we told DH's parents, but we told my mom first.

We told my dad a week later.

Both times we told my parents first. But that's just the way it worked out with when we'd be seeing them. It wasn't like I consciously didn't want my IL's to know first.

mine! I didn't trust my husband's parents because last time they told everyone when I asked them not to, and I had a miscarriage.

We actually wound up seeing my DH's parents first and wanted to do it in-person so we told them. We wound up telling mine the next day.

told my mom, actually DH text my mom LOL the day we took the test he was freaking out and surprised we got preggo so fast said I needed my mom lol. After it was def confirmed by more preggo tests I told my mom again then his mom (theyre divorced) then the dads haha.

I told my parents at 6 weeks and we didnt tell his parents until 12 weeks... We wanted to make sure everything was okay with our baby before his whole family knew about it. We didnt want to tell people too early and then God forbid something happened, and then we'd be getting asked about it over and over. I felt it was safer to wait eventho we were both really excited.

For DS 1 - FIL knew first (he and DH were away playing golf and he told him - and I met them there so it was hard not to tell him). We told MIL and my parents together (and FIL acted surprised LOL). We waited until about 12 weeks.

For DS 2 - I told my parents first. They came to visit every weekend to see DS 1 and I felt like crap so I wanted to let them know. I told them around 6 weeks.

We went through infertility treatments for several years prior to this pregnancy and both our parents know about our struggle. We told both of them right away, although we did not come out to any other family until much later (14-18 weeks).

We told parents & siblings all at the same time at 7 weeks at a dinner we had at our house. The only people who knew beforehand were our sisters since they knew we were trying. We told everyone else later on after my first appointment and when we felt comfortable. Anywhere between 10-15 weeks.

We told my immediate family first because DH's parents live a distance away so we weren't seeing them until the following week.

We told my parents first and later on told his parents with this baby.

For our first, we told my family on Christmas Eve and then my DH's family Christmas Day

Told mine first but it was by default. My mom works for my doctors and they were running my bloods. Plus I had a MC 2 months before and wanted my parents to know for support.

We found out Monday and went to my parents house that night and surprised them. While we were there we face timed DH mom since she lives in NJ

The first pregnancy, we told our parents together - and SIL & BIL b/c we had them all over for dinner. (at about 9 1/2 weeks)
The second time (miscarried the first) we waited till after 12 weeks and told the parents together again - I was surprised they didn't guess since we don't often have them all over together, but I think they were surprised we tried again so soon.

This pregnancy we told my dad the same time as BIL & SIL since we did it Christmas Eve (wanted to wait until 12 weeks but thought christmas was a good time so it was 9+ weeks) and he went to thier house with us just to stop by quick. We had made a shirt for DS to wear. Took a little for them to get it - took my dad even longer.

Then, on Christmas Morning, we had MIL & FIL stop by before we all went over to SIL's and showed them the slideshow we made - MIL burst into tears as soon as she got it - FIL rolled his eyes - like, "FIGURES!"
