WTF is going on?!
My uterus area just aches and has been for the last few days.. Hurts to push in and mild on and off cramping. Can a cyst cause this? This cycle has just been a mess from day 1. I am overly fatigued and in pain. Pressure when I pee but no burning. No funky discharge so I don't think it's a pelvic infection. Just venting. Tired of complaining to DH!

A cyst can be painful especially if it ruptures. It could also be a pelvic infection which is also painful. If I were you I would follow up with your OB.

WTF is going on?!
I had these symptoms when I had a bladder infection a couple of years again. No pain when urinating but turned out I had a bad infection. I would give your doctor a call.
