My friend went to this teacher when she was pregnant and raves about her (wingsofsong on LIF) The studio is called Satya Yoga Shala in Farmingdale

Classes are $15, or $65 for 5 classes, or $120 for 10 classes. That's the cheapest one I've found.

The first class is June 29th. and then it will be Saturdays at 9am following.
