btdt peeps...what do you make of this?

i am 36 weeks. since yesterday ive had a very sore back. the pain is very low and on my right side. a few times yesterday and in the middle of the night i also felt two stabbing pains in my vagina and one pain mid belly. overall, i just feel like crap. didnt really have any of these symptoms with pg #1. do you think this is just normal third trimester stuff or could it be something more? i havent called my doc because i have an appt tomorrow morning.

i took tylenol and a hot bath and used a heating pad on my back but nothing seemed to really help.

It doesn't sound unusual for the 3rd tri.

But I would mention every little thing to your OB, especially if you're going to see him soon.

YUP! 36 weeks is around when I started to feel all those pains. Unfortunately at almost 39 weeks they haven't gone away and sometimes are worse then others. DS keeps getting lower and lower and the pain is CRAZY when I move, stand, walk, lay down, or sit. I get frequent jabs in my stomach, like sharp pains and in my lower back, but am told "it's normal". I take tylenol but it doesn't do much. I just have to grin and bare it I guess.

Sounds like baby is dropping. I'd mention it to the OB since you're going anyway.
