Which shark steam mop?
Which one is the best? I have never owned a steam mop. I would like to use it to clean wood and tile. You don't have to buy cleaning pads or anything like that right? I just want to buy the mop and not have to buy anything to use with it.
Thanks

Re: Which shark steam mop?
We have this one, which we use for our hardwood and tiled floors. It's great! It came with two heads - a rectangle one and a triangle one, and five or six pads that just need to be tossed in the wash once they're dirty (but you use both sides of them, so you get a lot of usage).
We have three cats and use this thing at least twice a week throughout our whole house (usually more like 3x/week).
We got it at BJs for $99 about a year and a half ago, so you should definitely check there or Costco for a deal!

My mother , sister and I all have different shark mops which all broke within 1-2 years. Not sure if its a coincidence or not.

Re: Which shark steam mop?
:knocks wood: our mop is just fine, and I do know that Shark has great customer service. Our Shark dustbuster broke after two years (we use it multiple times a day with three cats in the house) and we contacted their CS department...they sent us a new one within a week, no questions asked. We just had to mail the old one in, which cost us, oh, ten bucks?
Because we were happy with their customer service, we stuck with them when shopping for a steam mop :)
