Hey ladies! First post on this board!!
DH and I are not TTC yet, but I want to start charting my cycle. I am trying to figure out which day to put as the first of my period. Last Sunday I had cramps and some spotting, but last Monday was the day where I actually started bleeding. Which day would you put as the first day?
ETA: What, if any websites do you gals use to help you chart??

Welcome! I remember you from LIW! I was a 2010 bride as well.
As for your question, Cycle Day 1 is your first full flow day. So I would put last Monday.

Monday, it's the first full day of flow. I have also been using the FertilityFriend App
