Anyone take the Total EFA?
It's a vitamin that contains omaga 3-6-9 and super potent pure fish oils.
Just wondering if it's OK to take while TTC? I get nervous with some supplements.

I don't take those but I do know that anything with fish oil is awesome to take while you are ttc or pregnant. Good luck!
