Buying a new handbag - should I go more practical or more stylish?

I like the both but they are very different - same manufacturer, same leather and color but one is much bigger (and therefore more practical) and one is more stylish and the other more of a classic style. The stylish one is twice the price (but both are priced well and within my budget). Opinions? Thoughts? TIA.

More stylish:

Can't get the photos to link so here is the webpage from Amazon (I'd be purchasing it somewhere else - less expensive) -

More stylish

Sorry photos are so big - can't get them any smaller.

How much bigger is the first one you posted? The second one is not much smaller than my bag and I can fit a surprising amount of stuff in mine, though it is kinda slouchy and I think that helps. I'd probably go for the smaller one- I always buy too big of a bag and then my shoulder hurts lugging it around with tons of crap that I don't use or need in it.

I like the look of #1 (Practical) better.

The first one is 13 x 12 1/4 x 3 3/4

The second one is 11 x 9 x 5 but narrows a lot at the top.
