What do you think of my chart? Pic working now
I have an inconsistent AF so I have no idea when I'll O this month. What do you think about my temps so far?
I had a big increase today, but only on CD10. I also had a very stressful night and did not sleep (just in case that could have affected my temps)

I think that it would only be confirmed O if your temps stay up for a few days. One spike doesn't necessarily indication ovulation. Have you used an OPK to see if you surged yet?

You may have had that increase b/c you didn't sleep well. I'd start using OPKs if you haven't already. Or at least start BDing every other day.
