UPDATE: Trying to hang on to any shred of hope...LONG
So I posted Monday how for my first PG u/s where I technically should have been 5w4d the RE only saw a small sac. Later on that day I received my beta and it was 333..
First that confused me because I thought you couldn't see a sac until hcg was over 1,000. The sac wasn't big but it was visible I even saw it. RE said possible late implantation lets see numbers and go from there.
I had a FET with one blast and my initial numbers started out low at 15 but quadrupled then tripled so I thought I was out of the woods.
I did have and still have some spotting going on for over a week and a half now but it's (TMI) nothing heavy, not red and definitely doesn't fill up a pad or even a pantiliner..not even staining. It's usually only when I wipe although Monday after my U/S it was a little heavier but promptly stopped and turned into light spotting again. If this was a M/C wouldn't I have started to bleed heavy by now? With my 2 chemicals my levels went down fast and when I started bleeding it came on pretty fast and heavy.
My boobs are still sore and I have waves of nausea so I just don't know. With a M/C aren't symptoms supposed to disappear.
The fact that they saw a sac albeit a small one gives me hope but then my HCG makes no sense. I ran it through the beta calculators and the doubling time from my 3rd to 4th HCG is 180 hours (no good) however if I run it using my 1st and 4th hcg number it is within normal range. I'm trying to hang on to hope here and I'm praying that this baby will defy odds and be a miracle.
I don't know what I'm looking for..advice, suggestions, just venting. Now it's a wait and see.
Miscarriage...nothing seen in the uterus. This sucks. Oh well onward and upward. I have a consult with Tortoriello on August 30th (apparently there is a long wait)

16 DPO - 64
18 DPO - 181
Then the last one at 25DPO was 333

333 seems low for 25dpo, but when I had DS, my betas were pretty low. What is the plan from here? Are you doing a follow up blood test or sono? You never know- lab errors can happen and yes, betas 1-4 showed a good climb.
I know things don't look great - but I would say to expect the worst and pray for the best.

I was supposed to go for repeat sono and blood tomorrow but I changed it to Saturday since DH is sick and can't come and I really can't keep taking off of work.

What does your dr have to say? When do you see him again?
ETA: some support...I had low betas and had bleeding until 10 weeks. Now I am 27w.
