Last week of the pill... Need Counting Lesson

I'm about to finish my last week of birth control! I need a lesson in counting so I can begin to know when I'm ovulating and start trying!!!

Your first cycle after going off the pill could be early or late so I say you start counting your next cycle.

Cycle Day 1 is the first day of full flow
(if you get it at like 8:00 at night but it's just spotting and by the next day at 10am you are full flow, that would be CD1)

The "Average" cycle is 28 days which would mean you "should" ovulate CD14.

I say use Clear Blue Easy Ovulation Sticks (the smiley faces) It will say on the box when you start testing.

It took me a few months to realize what my body was doing. I know I get AF exactly 14 days after a positive OPK (smiley) Every single time. So if I don't get the smiley until CD18, I know I will be having a 32 day cycle.

To take the guess work out of it all, a lot of people have sex every other day up until your smiley face, then every day for 3 days to catch the egg.

Also a lot of people chart with temping... I personally can't do that bc my sleep is all over the place and my temp would never be accurate.
