what is going on?
hi everyone... not currently ttc (we were planning on waiting a few more months) but wondering if anyone could shed some light on what might be going on. DH and I only BD once around my O time this month. we used a condom and as far as I can tell, it was fine, not broken, etc. today is CD 21, a week before AF is due, and I am having some brown spotting. I've also had mild cramps the past few days. although I do sometimes get spotting before AF, its usually just a few days before, not a whole week before. while I occasionally get AF early, I usually get it around 28-29 days. any idea what might be going on? thanks so much!!

what is going on?
COULD be implantation... but, I hate to say it... you'll probably have to wait a week and test then. Just because it didn't break doesn't mean something didn't slip by.

I agree. It could also be nothing. I usually spot and get mild cramping a few days before AF is due, but some months I've had it a whole week before.

I agree. It could also be nothing. I usually spot and get mild cramping a few days before AF is due, but some months I've had it a whole week before.
Absolutely!!! Could totally be nothing at all!

thanks! I finally spoke to my best friend who is an ob/gyn (can never reach her) and she thinks pregnancy is unlikely. and I tested last night with a FRER and it was BFN. so we'll see what happens in the next few days to know for sure.

My guess is you are early this month. Every now and then I would have an early cycle.
