Today
is the day we take posession of our new home!!!
We closed on Wednesday, but the sellers were staying until today 
And, I would like to thank Misha (from LIW) for all her help...when the realtor we were using basically flaked out on us, I gave Misha a call and she has been awesome!!!!
THANK YOU MISHA!!!!!! 
Now, the real work begins!!!

And, OMG, these people were F'ing FILTHY!!! I swear, I've NEVER IN MY LIFE seen filth like this. I washed the kitchen floor 2x already and its still not clean. I have bleach sitting overnight on the tile countertop...isn't grout supposed to be white? 
Righ now we are saying, what the HEll did we do?!!!!

Congratulations and good luck with the cleaning. That ***** to have to do so much scrubbing. As for the grout, just know that all grout isn't white - so who knows. But I have heard the magic eraser works wonderfully on grout. The only thing is it tears the sponge, so you might have to go through a couple for your countertops.
