Hotwire?
Do they price adjust if you find a lower price?
DH went and booked a car rental through them last week (I usually do all of the car rentals but, he found a "great deal")... Fast forward a week and there is a better deal available directly through the car rental company using the Costco discount. I had to explain to him that his Hotwire reservation is non refundable...

They don't adjust as far as I know. You are locked in for what you book.
