BBQ Grill cleaning service?
Has anybody ever had their BBQ grill "detailed"? 
I was only able to find one company on the Island that offered such a service.
Anybody ever hear of such a service? Or have any recommendations?

Shields in Port Washington offers it. we did it last year. I don't think that my husband was thrilled with it. I can't remember why but I think he felt like part of the BBQ was ruined with whatever they cleaned it with?

Hmmm, the one I found online was in Massapequa.
If you're husband wasn't impressed with Shields and they bust my husband's grill...my husband will burn all my handbags.

BBQ Grill cleaning service?
How much does it cost to "detail" a grill? I usually spend a few hours once a year doing it myself. It helps keep the grill running hot and prevents flare ups.

There is a place on Merrick Rd in Oceanside I think. It's a BBQ/Fireplace store. I saw something in the window where they get your grill ready for the season, 69.95 or something. Maybe they do what you need.

Oceanside is kind of a haul for me, but we have a BBQ/Fireplace store here in Huntington Station. I wonder if they offer a similar service! Thanks for the idea!
