Pumps
I seem to have a problem with high heel pumps. When i walk it seems like my feet are slipping out. They are the correct size..one of my GF says you have to grip with your toes inside the shoes as you walk

Yes! I have the same issue. They flip on and off the back like flip flops! I tried those heel grip stick sons and they work sometimes.I do find that I have to shove my foot in differently to get them to stay on, kind of like your friend suggests.

Try buying a "mary jane" pair (one with straps). I know the look isn't quite the same but its so much easier to walk!
