for those who miss eating sushi.....
I just tried a new place that opened up where I work, they make vegan sushi! So no mercury concerns....I know it's not exactly the same, but the consistency is spot on if you have a craving for a roll  I'm eating the crunch & munch roll right now, delish!
Beyond Sushi
It looks like their only locations so far are in the Chelsea Market and Union Square, but I think they're starting to become a chain, just a PSA for anyone in the city!!
