Low down pelvic pain?

My doctor said the low down pelvic pain that I complained about today isn't related to my preterm labor issue and is just basically muscular or stretching related .... but it HURTS! Anyone else dealing with this? It's like over the pubic bone, pretty low .. any driving me a little bananas.

Any tried and true remedies out there? It's so uncomfy!

I has that so bad when I was pregnant, my do would make fun of me cause I would be sitting on the couch with an ice pack down there.

I saw a chiropractor who specialized in pregnancy issues and it helped a lot. That and keeping pillows between my legs whenever I was lying down
