Chemical Pregnancy
OK, I'm sorry ladies, but I'm just having a really bad day. I was at 6 weeks last week when the chemical started. Today the bleeding was so heavy and I have been in so much pain, I had to leave work early - which I HATE doing, I feel so guilty about it - but I was doubled over in pain. I was so upset that I cried the entire car ride home. On of my best friends called me this afternoon (who knows what's going on) and told me that one of our good friend's wives woke them up in the middle of the night convinced that I was pregnant last night - of course AFTER I already knew that it didn't take. I'm hoping that this is a sign that I will be very soon, but am sad that it's not true anymore. I'm sorry to unload this on here, but I don't have anywhere else to go with it - none of my friends are remotely at this point of their lives and DH, as amazing as he is, just doesn't really get it.
Thanks all...

Re: Chemical Pregnancy
I understand completely. I lost 3 pregnancies (all at or before 6 wks) before conceiving my beautifully perfect little girl who just turned 2 last month. Yes, it's a pain nobody can quite understand unless they've experienced it themselves. If you need somebody to talk to, PM me.
I also did experience those awful cramps. Don't feel guilty for leaving work!! You are going through something and should definitely rest as much as you can. I remember with one, I was physically bed ridden for a week straight. It was awful.
Hang in there. These things happen sometimes even without any explanation. It sucks, but I'm sure you'll have a healthy pregnancy soon!!

Chemical Pregnancy
Thanks guys, yesterday was really bad, but knowing that I can come here and find others that have experienced or understand what I'm going through really helps. Today is better, the pain is just that of a regular AF cramps. Still really sad, and REALLY mad at my doctors office. After asking all the questions I did, they should have prepared me better for the pain and everything that was about to come, instead of saying "You were still really early, nothing was big."

Re: Chemical Pregnancy
First I just want to again say how sorry I am that you're going through this. I've luckily never experienced a miscarriage but I empathize with your pain and frustration. Don't feel guilty about taking time for yourself. You need to and you're completely within your right. I really hope you feel better soon and are able to get another bfp soon

Re: Chemical Pregnancy
As you know I went through a chemical on Monday. Nothing would have prepared me for the pain and bleeding associated with it over the last couple of days, however today is the first day that my bleeding has prety much just stopped and the pain is better.
I am still struggling emotionally. But I am sure that will get better with time too.
I pray for BFP's for both of us very soon !!!

Re: Chemical Pregnancy
I am so sorry for your loss. I know what you are dealing with, I had a chemical last month at about 5 weeks. I know it is difficult, but try to stay positive. I am actually pregnant again, but have been bleeding on an off so I don't know where this pregnancy is going. Regardless, it is possible that your friend's dream was of the very near future! Sending you lots of hugs.
