End of pregnancy blues.
So I am just about 37 weeks and pregnancy is starting to win. I still feel ok but am so tired and working is seriously kicking my butt! I am so anxious to meet this baby and am dying to know if there is any progress! I had an internal at 33 weeks because of cramping and I was thinning out. I am so curious what the situation is at this point! I had an appointment yesterday and my doctor didn't do an exam because he didn't want to "stir things up." I will have one next week. iam just feeling like I am NEVER going to have this baby! Any tips? Help. lol

Re: End of pregnancy blues.
I totally hear you. I am 38 weeks and had an internal on Monday and nothing...honestly I don't believe that you can really "do" anything to bring on labor...I've had plenty of friends who have tried it ALL and still went late and friends who did NOTHING and went 2 weeks early. It's all just a waiting game and the baby will come when it comes! Believe me, I want this baby out more than anything, but I have to keep telling myself that I've come this far...whats another couple weeks.
I'm still working as well...its torture!
Good luck!

Re: End of pregnancy blues.
I am due tomorrow and have had no progress at any of my internals. I have tried EVERYTHING - pineapple, eggplant, spicy food, walks and even - more than once!
And I am still working full time in the city. I am so ready to be done working too!

End of pregnancy blues.
I only made it to 37 weeks and thank god every day that I went early. I never would have made it. I wasn't even workign from 29 weeks on and I was still miserable.
I think we all feel liek that at the end. Just keep telling yourself that the end is close. Also the weekly Dr appts helped me feel liek time was flying.

Re: End of pregnancy blues.
I am a believer in hot sauce. It could have been luck but when I had my son the dr. told me to go to work tomorrow on V-day and that night we had Mexican and I loaded it with hot sauce. Two hours later I was in labor!
This time I will be 39 weeks on Sunday and I am done! I have to go to work for one more week and I just don't want too.

Re: End of pregnancy blues.
A friend of mine swore by walking as much as she could - and doing steps.
That's the only tip I have but I just want to say don't feel bad! The anxiousness and excitement is totally understandable - I feel that way now and I'm half way there! Congrats!!
