Zofran users
One of my friends has had MS her whole pregnancy. She is due in 2 weeks and finally started taking zofran the other day and no change.
If you were on zofran how long did it take to start working?

Within 30 minutes if the very first pill I took. I took it thriughout my entire pregnancy.

Within 15-20 minutes. In the ealry stages of my pregnancy I needed a higher dose.

Almost immediately.
I was so sick and hadn't slept for days. I finally took one and fairly quickly the nausea subsided and I was able to sleep. It was such a relief!
I have heard that for some people it doesn't work as well as others.

It worked right away for me but then after a week or two completely stopped working. I stopped taking it when I didn't feel improvements anymore.
