Wondering, if you risk "issues" do to getting pregnant with not to great quality embryos?

I don't think so. Some highly graded embryos don't implant while some embryos of not so good quality produce healthy babies.

No. I heard from two different REs that babies born from poorly rated embryos are as healthy as babies born from highly rated embryos. They told us this when we were transferring a 3 cell on day 3 and an 11 cell on day 3.

Nope, one has nothing to do with the other. If the embryo divides properly and implants, it will become a beautiful baby!

Sort of a backwards answer to your question but just because embryos may have the highest grade doesn't mean they are genetically normal.
