Anyone have health issues before becoming pregnant?

I have Crohn's disease and am having a very difficult time this pregnancy. I was in complete remission with DS#1 so I was hoping this one would be the same. I am in pain all night with severe gas pains and am just exhausted. Luckily it's not bad during the day. I'm on a mess of medications as well as prenatals and iron for anemia . I feel like I am constantly taking a pill. So far the baby is perfect. Praying it stays that way. Just feeling down, had a terrible night and guess I just needed to vent. Anyway anyone else dealing with another issue on top of pregnancy?

first HUGS! That must be rough ..

I dealt with something health related the first trimester but it seems to be in remission (knock wood) and it was really rough. .. basically I had a bone problem in my ankle that is too annoying to explain but came down to not being able to walk or be really weight bearing. .i was in a lot of pain and so emotionally exhausted from worrying if it would stay the whole time, if i would not be able to pick my LO up and walk safely etc. .

it's rough to not feel well AND be going through this. . I hope your crohn's does get better soon!

Thank you Yes, very rough, just keep telling myself it will pass soon and I can really get to the bottom of this.
