I use mine ALL the time! I'm trying to edit the video every two weeks, and that at the end of each month, I make a new DVD. My DHs mother is in FL, and she's very ill...so I am really pushed to use the camcorder so she can see her grandson.
I have a panasonic.

I wish I used mine more. I rarely use it.  I'm more likely to take short videos with my digital camera than to break out the camcorder.
