I use BareMinerals Prime Time eyelid primer. Love it! Keeps my eyeshadow on all day.

Urban Decay! It's fantastic. I actually just picked up another from Nordstrom Rack for $9, so if you have one near you I'd definitely see if they have it (I went to the Union Square location). I tried Too Faced before and found it greasy.

This is going to sound nuts....but I love the E.L.F. eyelid primer.....and it's only $1!!! My eye makeup stays on all day long when I use it.
