i try not to think about it. keep myself busy. otherwise i can spend a good amount of time invested in obsessing. and it makes me super disappointed in the end. it's hard for me too.

It's hard but don't think about it. Don't analyze every ache or twinge or possible symptom. It will just drive you crazy. Keep busy as much as possible. GL
