Weight watchers?
I'm 5 weeks pregnant and am wondering if I can be pregnant on WW. I usually go on Thursdays but am not sure I want to tell them yet. I've been doing WW for several years and it will be hard for me to stop doing it! Anyone know about this or is having the same issue?

Re: Weight watchers?
I think you can continue WW when pregnant and breastfeeding ... you will just get more allotted points.

Re: Weight watchers?
Its def a No... I was doing it and doing really well, but as soon as they heard I was prego... They refunded my money for the month
My Dr. said I could follow the plan, but if I am hungry to eat and not starve which I never did on WW.
I have stopped recently b/c hitting week 20 I have been getting much hungrier... lol

I'd say even if they don't let you you can follow it as long as you are eating healthy. Also you may come across food aversions and go over your points, so I would say to be ok with it before you do it. The baby actually does not need that many more calories as people believe in the beginning. It's more important to eat healthy, nutritious foods

If they know you are pregnant they won't let you weigh in. You can still follow the plan on your own to help you eat healthier!

NO NO NO! You should not be on a diet during pregnancy.

Weight watchers?
Absolutely not!! Pregnancy is listed as a reason for closing a WW account.
ETA: You can certainly continue following the Good Health Guidelines but counting points is a no.

Depends if you call WW a DIET? I call it a way of eating...lifestyle change...No you shouldn't be trying to loose weight, but if you are doing it to keep yourself in check with eating healthy and going overboard, i don't see the issue?

You are not allowed to do WW while pregnant. Having said that though, the good health guidelines are a good thing to continue with.

Ok yea I was wondering if they added a certain number of points during pregnancy. I wasn't planning on losing weight, I guess more maintaining it while pregnant. I'll prove still eat the same way but add some extra! Thanks!!
