Re: who's watching you LO?
Currently we have all family watching DD (DH's aunt 1 day, my mom 2 days, MIL 1 day, and my aunt 1 day). We have been extremely lucky.
I have applied for a position that would be 3 days/week so it would most likely be just my mom and maybe my aunt watching DD and #2.
If that position doesn't work out, I might have to start turning tricks I don't want to go back to full time lol!!

Re: who's watching you LO?
I am doing the same thing as you. I have to work full time because our health insurance comes from me and all our other benefits, and plus we just can't afford me not to.
We are doing daycare 2-3 days a week, my mom will watch the baby 1-2 days a week. My husband is off on Fridays because he works 10-12 hour days M-Th. unless there is a meeting where he has to go in, and in that case we will work it out with my mom to watch the baby occasionally 1 extra day.
My mom said she will help out for the first year or 2. Then I'm on my own. At this time I hope I either get a raise or new job so I can afford fulltime daycare!
