I think I'm showing already
and I'm NOT ready to! I'm 9 weeks tomorrow and I feel like my stomach has really expanded. I wasn't planning on telling people until the 12th week but I'm afraid everyone is going to guess before I get there! Isn't it too early to start showing?? I almost have nothing left to wear!

Your clothes may feel tight but I have a feeling that you don't look as big as you feel. I equated the first trimester with really bad PMS bloating. I felt like a whale but no one really suspected anything.

that was exactly what happened to me. what it usually is, is that u r bloated but it still totally appears that you are pregnant. i had to tell before i was ready to - including my job. it think i was actually 9 weeks also.

I bloated a lot in the beginning and put on weight early. It was so frustrating, but most people don't really start to show until around 18-20 weeks. But you could be the exception!

I started "showing" to very close friends and family early. But it was a little while before others noticed. I think this is the stage you are in. If you haven't told your family and friends, they may be noticing but random people at work most likely won't notice.

I'm 9 weeks today and I've been totally feeling like I'm showing already and my pants are all tight. But, sorry if this is TMI, I've been constipated and I finally went a lot yesterday after several days and wow, my belly almost disappeared. Bowel distension and bloating play a big part at this point. And to prove that it may just seem this way to us, a guy at work actually said to me last week, "Have you gotten skinnier?" I was floored.

The same thing happened to me but it was bloating. I am smaller now at 12 weeks than I was at 7 weeks

This was like me -- I was smaller at 18 weeks than I was at 8 weeks. Then I really popped around 20 weeks.
