Permits?
We are new to Nassau county and are getting ready to do some work in the backyard. Do we really need permits to take down an old above ground pool, a delapidated shed and to put up fencing?
We want to know what regular people do about these things.

I think it's a definite yes on the fence. not sure about the shed and the pool if you're just taking them out I don't think you need a permit. If you're getting new ones you'll probably need it. Also depends on where in nassau if you're in an inc. village then definitely on all of those. Good luck!
